1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namma Pets Club services, including our website, smart tags, membership benefits, and partner network, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Namma Pets Club membership is available to pet owners in Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Membership is non-transferable and tied to the registered pet(s). The planned annual membership fee is ₹365 per pet. Payment is temporarily waived during preview, and no amount is charged while billing remains disabled.

3. Smart Tags

Each membership includes one NFC-enabled smart tag. The tag remains the property of Namma Pets Club. Lost or damaged tags can be replaced for a nominal fee. The digital pet profile linked to the tag is maintained by Namma Pets Club and can be updated by the registered owner.

4. Partner Benefits

Discounts and benefits at partner businesses are subject to change without notice. Partners may have their own terms and conditions. Namma Pets Club is not responsible for the quality of services provided by partner businesses.

5. Insurance Facilitation

Namma Pets Club facilitates pet insurance through Bajaj Allianz. We do not underwrite or guarantee insurance coverage. All insurance terms, conditions, and claims are governed by Bajaj Allianz policies. Namma Pets Club charges no facilitation fee for members.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information in your pet profile. You agree not to misuse the smart tag or membership benefits. You must notify us immediately if your pet is lost, found, or if your contact information changes.

7. Privacy

Your use of Namma Pets Club services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

Namma Pets Club provides services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that a lost pet will be found or returned. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
