Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Namma Pets Club membership at any time by contacting us at hello@nammapetsclub.com or via WhatsApp. Upon cancellation:

  • Your smart tag will be deactivated
  • Partner discounts will no longer be available
  • Your pet's digital profile will be archived

2. Refund Policy

Payment is temporarily disabled during preview, so preview registrations are not charged and do not require a refund. The policy below applies once billing resumes.

Full Refund (within 7 days)

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before the smart tag has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of ₹365.

Partial Refund (within 30 days)

If you cancel within 30 days of payment but after receiving the smart tag, you may receive a partial refund of ₹200 upon returning the unused tag in original condition.

No Refund (after 30 days)

After 30 days from payment, membership fees are non-refundable. The annual fee covers platform maintenance, tag costs, and community operations.

3. Tag Replacement

Lost or damaged tags can be replaced for ₹150. This is not a refundable purchase. Defective tags received at the time of membership are replaced free of charge.

4. Insurance Premiums

Pet insurance premiums paid through our facilitation are handled by Bajaj Allianz. Refunds for insurance are subject to Bajaj Allianz's cancellation policy. Contact them directly for insurance-related refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@nammapetsclub.com with your registered phone number
  2. Include “Refund Request” in the subject line
  3. Provide your reason for cancellation
  4. If applicable, arrange return of the smart tag

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered outside the standard policy in cases of:

  • Pet passing away (with documentation)
  • Relocation outside India
  • Technical issues preventing service use
